- Information collected automatically when you visit the site, such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, and approximate location, through standard server logs and cookies.
- Numbers you enter in our mortgage calculator stay in your browser and are not sent to us.

- To respond to your request and connect you with a loan officer.
- To provide mortgage services you ask for.
- To send you updates and information you have agreed to receive.

Loan applications
Online loan applications are completed through a secure third-party application portal. When you apply for a loan, you will receive our separate privacy notice that explains how your nonpublic personal financial information is collected, used, and shared under federal law.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it:
- With our affiliates, RREG and RRG, so the right team can help you with your request.
- With service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, form processing, and loan application services, who may use it only to provide those services.

Phone calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about your request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop text messages or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure
Rockmore Mortgage Group and Rockmore Realty Group are affiliated companies under common ownership and operate under the Rockmore Real Estate Group name. Because of this relationship, a referral from one company to the other may provide the owners a financial or other benefit.
You are not required to use Rockmore Realty Group as a condition of obtaining a loan with Rockmore Mortgage Group, and you are not required to use Rockmore Mortgage Group as a condition of buying or selling real estate with Rockmore Realty Group. There are other mortgage lenders, brokers, and real estate brokerages available with similar services. You are free to shop around to make sure you are receiving the best services and rates for your needs.
When required, you will receive a written Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure Statement at or before the time of referral.
